My wife recently brought 3 shirts online that were original £75 each. We have had to send them all back.
With one shirt the material was so thin and so bad quality that after wearing it for 1 minute, it was covered in creases that were so embarrassing that I had to take it off.
The other shirt had the arm stitched on the wrong way around.
This is the type of quality I would have expected from Primark work shirts costing £5. This is truly shocking and demonstrates a company that has offshored to some very poor factories in Asia, and is cutting as much cost as possible whilst still charging prices that are in the luxury end.
We get times are tough, and you maybe facing financial difficulties. But reducing your quality this much is not the answer. If you are selling fewer shirts due to more working from home, don't go down this route.

Even though we arrived just one hour before closing time, the team was incredibly helpful. We had to choose an entire wedding outfit from scratch — suit, shirt, tie, socks, shoes, everything — and they guided us through the whole process with great patience and professionalism.
Special thanks to Manisha, who took amazing care of us from start to finish. She was extremely attentive, helped us find the right sizes, assisted with personalization, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Truly excellent service!

I visited Charles Tyrwhitt on Regent Street on Sunday between 2–5 PM after being genuinely impressed by your website and the emphasis on personalised service. The in-store experience didn’t come close.
I stood browsing for 10-15 minutes while multiple staff walked past me without any acknowledgement. No greeting, no “can I help you” nothing. At the same time, I could clearly see other customers being attended to, which made the situation feel uncomfortable and difficult to ignore.
When I finally approached a staff member myself to try a shirt, the response was blunt and unwelcoming. No explanation, no courtesy, just being told I couldn’t try it and something else would be brought instead. When I asked for help with sizing while showing your website, I was met with a cold “it’s on the tag over there” rather than any actual assistance.
I’m new to your sizing system and expected guidance, not dismissal. The contrast between the polished, customer-first image online and the indifferent, unhelpful in-store experience is stark.
I still placed an order because I like your products, but this level of service seriously undermines your brand.

Came in yesterday to buy a Tux. Zain spent ages making sure the suit fit perfectly, pinning it various times in different ways. He was so patient, and so helpful dealing with both me and my father at the same time. He even kindly let us stay ever so slightly past 8pm closing so he could finalise our measurements. Terrific customer service, and I’ll definitely be using this store again as a result.
